Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Commercial Loss Adjuster to cover the Norfolk and East Anglia region. You will travel from home to visit customers and third parties, managing commercial property claims from instruction to settlement with a customer-focused approach.

You'll handle cases across offices, retail, and industrial properties (£10k–£100k) and collaborate with our technical experts to improve practice. The role offers hybrid working and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high value commercial property claims in the field.
• Experience managing suppliers and builders to protect indemnity spend.
• Ability to analyse claims, identify coverage and recovery issues while guiding the customer journey.
• Knowledge of general building and construction is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial claim visits and manage claims from instruction to settlement.
• Travel from home to meet customers and third-parties with strong organisational skills.
• Handle a portfolio of cases across commercial property perils (£10k–£100k).
• Collaborate with a team of Commercial Adjusters and Technical Experts.
• Work with the technical team to improve best practices and policy outcomes.
