We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Claims Handler to manage property damage claims from notification through to settlement for one of our key clients based in Oldham.Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims end-to-end, ensuring timely progress and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with all stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
- Appoint and coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with service standards
- Assess claims using technical knowledge, site data, and documentation
- Draft clear, accurate reports for insurer liability decisions
- Continuously seek improvements in process and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in property insurance claims handling
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation and industry protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cert CII (or equivalent) desirable
- Self-motivated team player with a solutions-focused mindset
