KPI Recruiting Ltd invites applications for a temporary Customer Care Co-ordinator role based in Warrington. The position covers holiday relief with standard Monday to Friday hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, to start on Thursday 22nd October.

You will handle customer enquiries, log defects, coordinate repairs with contractors and support administration. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records using Clixifix.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within housing or local authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage enquiries and coordinate repairs effectively.
• Professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Log property defects and customer issues using Clixifix.
• Coordinate repairs with contractors and customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and track issues through to resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
