Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Property Repairs Administrator to provide short-term sickness cover within a busy housing repairs team. The role will be mainly based in Bishop Auckland, with one day per week from the Seaham office.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reliably reach both offices. The pay is £16.46 per hour LTD; PAYE equivalent £14.03 per hour, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, ideally within housing, property services or repairs.
• Confident using Excel and managing data.
• Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team inbox, sort referrals and produce summaries.
• Log correspondence and letters accurately on Salesforce.
• Create reports using the QL housing management system.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to follow up queries.
• Check and arrange repairs appointments for customers.
• Support repairs planners when required.
• Contact customers to arrange post-work inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
