Careermakers Recruitment are seeking an experienced customer care technician for a TEMP TO PERM role in the United Kingdom. Start date ASAP, with six months as a temp before potential permanent appointment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the housebuilding industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A driving licence and is comfortable driving around.

Responsabilités

• Attend to and complete customer repair requests to a high standard.
• Manage workloads and update internal systems accordingly.
• Coordinate appointments with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Work closely with the Customer Care and Construction teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and quality.
• Support NHBC and Trustpilot targets, maintaining a 5-star customer experience.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales.
