Job summary

Service Care Solutions is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its residential and commercial property auction offering in the Kent region. You will generate new instructions, build introducer networks and increase market share while working with auctioneers, valuers and legal teams to prepare properties for auction.

Qualifications

• Ability to win new business and achieve targets.
• Strong knowledge of the property market, valuations and auction process.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new residential and commercial property instructions for auction.
• Develop relationships with estate agents, solicitors, landlords, developers, investors and commercial property professionals.
• Attend client meetings and property appraisals, presenting the benefits of selling through auction.
• Discuss guide prices, reserve prices and auction routes with vendors using market evidence.
• Build referral partnerships with agents, probate practitioners, receivers, lenders and other property contacts.
• Manage client relationships throughout the auction process to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research and industry events.
• Monitor competitor activity and local property markets for growth areas.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and report on instructions, conversions, sale rates and fee income.
• Collaborate with auctioneers, valuers, marketing and legal teams to prepare properties for auction.
