The Auction Company is expanding across the UK and seeks driven sales professionals to create property auction opportunities and build strong relationships with sellers, agents and property professionals.

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with training, support and access to our national auction network. Earnings potential ranges with two commission streams and uncapped growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales or business development.
• Ability to generate opportunities and close deals.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate suitable property opportunities using networking, social media, direct mail and introducer relationships.
• Speak with sellers to explain how auction offers a faster, secure route to sale.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline; convert opportunities into instructed properties.
