REED is recruiting an Area Manager for Canterbury, Thanet and the wider Kent area. You will grow the region, build relationships across the local property sector and drive auction instructions.

Launched with a background in estate agency or property development, you will win new business, run appraisals and manage clients through the auction journey while expanding market share. Hybrid/remote working is offered.

Qualifications

• Background in Estate Agency, Property Sales, Property Investment, Valuations, Auctions or Business Development.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Based in Kent and knowledgeable about the local property market.
• Confident generating new business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Win new business through networking and prospecting.
• Conduct property appraisals and advise clients on auctions.
• Develop partnerships with agents, solicitors and investors.
• Manage clients through the auction journey.
• Increase market share and brand awareness across Kent.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
