Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Area Manager to cover Canterbury & Thanet. You will win new business, conduct property appraisals and guide clients through the auction process while developing partnerships with local agents and professionals.

You will manage client relationships across the auction journey, grow Kent market share, and keep CRM records up to date. Hybrid/remote working and uncapped earning potential are available.

Qualifications

• Background in Estate Agency, Property Sales, Property Investment, Valuations, Auctions or Business Development.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.

Responsabilités

• Win new business through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
• Conduct property appraisals and advise clients on the auction process.
• Develop partnerships with estate agents, solicitors, investors and other property professionals.
• Manage clients throughout the auction journey.
• Increase market share and brand awareness across Kent.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
