Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE gained in a recognised Projects, Commercial, or Infrastructure team.
• Strong understanding of PFI/PPP frameworks and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience advising on complex contracts for public infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex PFI/PPP and infrastructure projects.
• Advise on operational management and interpretation of long-term service contracts.
• Support clients on PFI expiry and post-PFI service delivery arrangements.
