Job summary

Antac is seeking a Projects Administrator in Aldershot to manage engineer and subcontractor diaries, monitor project progress, and support billing through the Commercial Team. You will coordinate works within the Family Funded stream and assist the wider Projects Team to deliver on time and to a high standard, while ensuring a positive experience for service families.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within construction, maintenance or housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 applications.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creating, managing, and maintaining all Project folders from initiation to completion.
• Liaising with families on works and ensuring they receive clear and timely information.
• Preparing, issuing, and managing delivery of completion packs to clients.
• Managing workflows in our CRM system to support with project completion and billing.
• Providing regular status updates to clients and attend project review calls as required.
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager and wider team with progression and coordination of works.
• Raising purchase orders (POs).
