Job summary

Antac Support Services Ltd in Bulford, Wiltshire is seeking an Administrator to support our Commercial Team. You will work closely with Quantity Surveyors to keep the inbox clear and ensure quotes and measures are issued to clients within required timescales.

You will liaise with subcontractors for quotes, maintain trackers, assist with quoting and measures to cover leave, and support final accounting. The role offers a salary up to £30K, plus benefits such as on-site parking and employee

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial or financial role.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build measures for void billables from site audits and issue to the void Quantity Surveyor.
• Check and upload completion paperwork to the CRM system.
• Ensure all trackers are up to date.
• Liaise with operational teams when required.
• Assist other teams with quoting / measures to cover leave.
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
• Assist the commercial team with final accounting.
