Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Felixstowe is seeking a Project Worker to join a compassionate team supporting people experiencing homelessness. You will help individuals build independence, assess needs, and respond to queries with dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
Able to work well in a team and independently.
Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsibilities

Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential
Assess needs and update support plans
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries
Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity
Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment
