Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• Strong teamwork and independent working abilities.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills; proficient with IT.

Responsibilities

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and education/employment.
