Sanctuary Group is seeking a Project Worker to join our homelessness service at Cabbell Road, Cromer, NR27 9HU. You will support individuals experiencing homelessness, assess needs, and update support plans while serving as the first point of contact for queries and building respectful relationships.

The role offers both full and part-time hours, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.87. We prioritise safeguarding, inclusivity, and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsabilités

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment.
