Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Thetford is seeking a Project Worker to support people experiencing homelessness at Canterbury House. You will assess needs, update support plans, and be the first point of contact for queries in a compassionate, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsibilities

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.
• Assess needs and update support plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
• Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment.
