Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Project Worker in Chelmsford to support adults with learning and physical disabilities at our learning disability supported living service at 72-78 Nickleby Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 4UF.

You will provide one-to-one support, deliver small group activities, and promote safety through risk assessments and regular reviews. The role is in a not-for-profit organisation that reinvests in its people and services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Your role

• Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential
