Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Chelmsford is seeking a Bank Project Worker to join Sanctuary Supported Living at 72-78 Nickleby Road. You will support adults with learning or physical disabilities to build independence, provide one-to-one support, and help maintain safety and care plans.

The role is hours as needed with training and development in a compassionate, not-for-profit setting. Salary is £14.57 per hour, with safeguarding at the core and inclusive values.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Your role
