Job summary

Sanctuary Group is recruiting a Project Worker for Orion House in Hove to support people with mental health needs within a compassionate, community-focused team. You will help individuals gain independence, promote recovery, and contribute to personalised support plans.

The role requires experience with mental health support, empathy, and good IT skills. NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue it is preferred. A rewarding benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with mental health needs.
  • Empathetic and able to relate to people with mental health challenges.
  • Lived experience of mental health services is valued.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain accurate records.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Your role
  • Support customers with mental health needs to build independence and reach their potential
