Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Project Worker in Leicester to support people with disabilities, helping them build independence and reach their potential. The role includes one-to-one support, risk assessments, and updating support plans.

You will join a not-for-profit team, working 37 hours per week at £13.87 per hour, with a benefits package including generous leave, pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
• Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Your role
