Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor who would be interested in joining a large tier 1 contractor working on one of Stockport's most iconic developments?

Due to the next phase of a high specification high raise residential development, there is an opportunity to join a leading building contractor to oversee high end project.

Project based, you will report into a Commercial Manager and be responsible for the full commercial management of several subcontract packages working within a supportive experienced commercial team.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of quantity surveying ideally 4-5 years post grad experience.
• Project Life cycle, Financial Reporting, Contract & Procurement, Cost Management
• Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Background within a main contractor or developer environment
• Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
