Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to coordinate care for residents needing assistance in higher-risk buildings. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in office or community settings several days a week.

You will manage PEEPs processes, liaise with residents to schedule assessments, and maintain auditable records while protecting sensitive data in line with GDPR. Collaboration with the Building Safety Regulation team is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing full administrative support.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service adjustment data to identify residents in scope of Residential PEEPs Regulations.
• Contact residents through their preferred method and arrange PCFRA appointments.
• Manage multiple cases in the CRM, ensuring GDPR compliance and consent for information.
• Monitor inbox, respond to queries within timescales, track referral outcomes.
• Promote residential PEEPs through internal communications and stakeholder outreach.
• Support the Resident Safety Support Manager with audits, data, and process improvements.
