Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to support building safety for our vulnerable residents. The role balances frontline resident outreach with admin, data protection, and desktop support, in a hybrid setup.
You’ll analyse vulnerability data, coordinate Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans, and work with the Resident Safety Support Manager to improve processes, invoices, and minutes.
We’re looking for a caring and highly organised Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to join our Building Safety Regulation team and help keep our most vulnerable residents safe in their homes. As our Project Officer (Resident Safety Support), you’ll make sure every resident with service adjustments living in our higher and medium-risk buildings has a plan to evacuate in an emergency. You’ll reach out to residents who may need our support, take time to understand their needs, and arrange for one of our specialists to assess them. You’ll keep clear, auditable records of our communication with residents and of the Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) put in place, and protect their sensitive data throughout. You’ll also give dependable desk‑based support across the wider team. This is a hybrid role, with at least three days a week in an office or in a community, site‑based or partnership setting.
We believe great service starts with great people, and we are committed to recruiting and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation.
