Notting Hill Genesis Group seeks a Director of Resident & Building Safety to lead safety strategy for residents and buildings across the organisation. You’ll ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act, oversee fire safety and heat network regulations, and manage a large safety-focused team.

You will own data and assurance for safety performance, drive annual revenue and CAPEX planning, and establish strong governance to maintain safety across NHG’s substantial portfolio in London.

Formación

• Essential: A relevant professional qualification in social housing leadership and/or resident and building safety.
• Proven experience managing risks related to statutory compliance and the safety of housing or infrastructure.
• Senior leadership experience with accountability for large teams and significant budgets.
• Strong experience providing strategic oversight and assurance across complex safety, compliance or regulated services.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage teams and influence at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of landlord services that keep residents safe and warm, including energy procurement.
• Oversee statutory compliance and building safety processes to meet regulatory obligations and good practice.
• Oversee procurement and contract management for inspections, surveys, repairs and maintenance.
• Develop a strategic business plan for investments in homes and buildings with safety as a priority.
