Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to coordinate support for vulnerable residents in higher and medium-risk buildings. You will ensure evacuation plans (PEEPs) are in place, contact residents, and maintain auditable records with GDPR compliance.

The role is hybrid with three days in-office or in community settings. You will work with the Resident Safety Support Manager on audits, performance data, and new processes, and assist with purchases, invoices,

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing full administrative support incl. invoices and orders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with GDPR-compliant processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse vulnerability data to identify residents in scope for Residential PEEPs.
• Contact residents via preferred methods and book PCFRA assessments.
• Manage cases in the CRM; obtain consent and maintain data privacy.
• Monitor team inbox, respond within timescales, track referrals.
• Promote residential PEEPs via internal materials and communications.
• Support manager with audits, data, processes; raise POs and process invoices.
