Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis Group is seeking a Project Officer (Resident Safety Support) to support building safety for our vulnerable residents. The role balances frontline resident outreach with admin, data protection, and desktop support, in a hybrid setup.

You’ll analyse vulnerability data, coordinate Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans, and work with the Resident Safety Support Manager to improve processes, invoices, and minutes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing full administrative support, including processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive issues and resident data in a compliant, responsive and transparent way
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapted for different audiences, plus strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyse service adjustment data to identify which residents are in scope of the Residential PEEPs Regulations.
• Contact residents via their preferred method, encouraging booking of PCFRA and scheduling team appointments.
• Manage multiple cases and tasks through the CRM system, handling GDPR-sensitive data with residents' consent.
• Monitor the team inbox, respond to queries within agreed timescales and track referral outcomes.
• Promote residential PEEPs through internal articles, posters, flyers, and website updates.
• Support the Resident Safety Support Manager with desktop audits, performance data and new processes; assist with PO, invoices and minutes
