A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract. This hybrid role requires expertise in project delivery within the water utilities sector. Project Manager | 6-month contract | Inside IR35, £400 a day | Hybrid

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction within the water utilities industry to join our team. Our Project Management Consultant will be part of a team responsible for achieving the overall budget and quality objectives of the project / programme of works. They will also ensure that the project schedule is established and maintained within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensuring effective project governance and assurance is in place using Assurance functions as appropriate
• Assignment of competent project team resources
• Leading and motivating a team of professionals, setting objectives and goals
• Procurement including negotiations with supply community
• Correctly capturing and maintaining compliance with the risk information in Programme Insight Manager
• Management of Risk and Change at project level
• Seeking approval of Change at project level
