Job summary

CBRE is seeking a project leader to manage a portfolio of complex capital projects at the Cambridge site, ensuring delivery within time, cost, quality, safety and compliance targets. The role interfaces with clients, regulatory bodies and cross-functional teams to drive program success.

You will oversee risk assessment, change control and budget governance while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to CBRE governance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects in regulated environments.
• CDM certification with SMSTS preferred; IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction/project management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building services and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with regulatory significance, including GxP facilities.
• Act as primary client interface for strategic portfolios and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between project outcomes and client strategy.
• Ensure compliance with MHRA, GMP, FDA and CAPA requirements.
• Maintain project profitability with cost reporting and governance.
• Mentor junior project resources and develop technical capability.
