Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Project Manager to take full accountability for the safe management and delivery of projects, collaborating with contract teams and clients to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.

You will liaise with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define scope, lead tenders, manage P&L, ensure CDM compliance, and embed CBRE QHSE practices in every project. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Degree level qualification in Project Management desirable.
• CSCS black card holder desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop short/medium and long term pipeline of project opportunities.
• Use LCR and FMR to build long term capex plans for customers.
• Leverage opportunities through visibility on customer sites.
• Define and document scope with developers, designers and sub-contractors.
• Lead tenders and full tender analysis; ensure CDM compliance.
