Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse, end-to-end projects from site surveys to delivery across Nottingham, UK. You will coordinate teams, measure milestones, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

You will build strong client relationships, manage subcontractors and costs, and drive planning programmes with proactive risk management and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing small to large projects end to end.
• Knowledge of construction health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, costs and programmes.
• Customer-focused and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end.
• Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations.
• Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality.
• Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence.
• Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supply partners.
