Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join the team. The role centers on delivering project works end-to-end, managing risk, and ensuring QHSE compliance within project teams and client relationships.

Based in Glasgow/London operations, the successful candidate will manage tenders, develop pipelines, and liaise with stakeholders to secure opportunities and ensure profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical (desirable).
• Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable).
• Experience in M&E, FM, construction or critical environment (desirable).
• Proven experience running a P&L (desirable).
• Proven experience leading a team (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project opportunities with customers.
• Produce and manage tenders and sub-contractor returns.
• Ensure CDM compliance and act as principal contractor.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects end-to-end.
• Deliver monthly reports to Head of Projects/Business Unit.
