Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, seeks a Project Manager to join the team in London. The role entails full accountability for safe management and delivery of project works, working with contract teams and clients to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.

You will identify project opportunities, develop capex plans, manage bids and tenders, and ensure adherence to CDM, QHSE, and project policies.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable).
• Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable).
• CSCS black card holder (desirable).
• Business literacy and numeracy at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a short/medium/long term pipeline of project opportunities from the customer portfolio within the Business Unit.
• Use the LCR and FMR to build long term capex plans for customers.
• Lead or support tender activity with full tender analysis of subcontractor returns.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project end-to-end including estimating, procurement, QS, sub-contractor management and site duties.
• Ensure CBRE QHSE practices and project compliance.
• Travel to support operational delivery and attend reviews as required.
