Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex capital projects ensuring delivery within time, cost, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

You will act as the primary client interface for strategic portfolios, align project outcomes with client and account strategy, and manage governance and reporting. Experience with regulatory requirements (MHRA, GMP, FDA) and CAPA is essential, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining site-wide

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• CDM certification with SMSTS preferred; IOSH or NEBOSH desirable.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management or PM preferred.
• Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
• Numerate and IT literate with knowledge of PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex or high-value projects, including GxP facilities and clean rooms.
• Act as primary client interface for strategic portfolios and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Drive alignment between project outcomes and business/account strategy.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements (MHRA, GMP, FDA, CAPA).
• Ensure validation and compliance across lifecycle phases.
• Lead risk assessment workshops and mitigation planning for complex scopes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, construction, commissioning, QA and operations.
• Maintain project profitability, cost reporting and governance.
