Job summary

You will build client and supply partner relationships to secure major projects and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and track record in delivering projects in M&E, FM, construction, or related environments.

Qualifications

• Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical (desirable).
• Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable).
• CDM regulations knowledge and relevant safety training (desirable).
• CSCS card holder (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of projects through risk and competence management.
• Recruit and retain talent for current and future project delivery.
• Develop opportunities and deliver bids, tenders and proposals.
• Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects and on maintenance contracts.
• Lead the sales process through presentations and client engagements.
• Develop and manage project opportunities and external client relationships.
