Miryco Consultants is working with a global investment manager to add a Project Manager to their Change and Transformation function. The team delivers complex, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic growth, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technology modernisation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-impact change initiatives from inception through to implementation
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across business, operations, and technology teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and budgets
  • Define and embed governance structures and reporting standards
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
  • Provide clear, concise project updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Build strong relationships across functions to drive alignment and support decision-making
  • Ensure project outputs meet quality standards and deliver agreed benefits
Experience
  • Proven experience managing complex business or technology change in financial services (investment management experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly at all levels
  • Experience with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Skilled in using project management tools and producing high-quality reporting
