Coinford Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee groundwork and RC frame projects across Kent. You will be responsible for programme, cost, quality and safety, leading the site management team and maintaining strong client relationships.

A strong PM background on heavy civil projects is essential. The role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven leadership; candidates must have right to work in the UK and be able to coordinate with subcontractors to maintain

Formación

• SMSTS or equivalent certification required.
• First Aid at Work certification required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork/RC frame projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• UK right to work.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Lead the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers.
• Maintain and develop client and consultant relationships.
• Chair progress meetings and report to the board on project performance.
• Manage sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme.
• Support QS team with variations, valuations and cost control.
• Ensure health, safety and quality requirements are met on the project.
• Complete IT induction and training within first 1–3 months.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a groundwork and RC frame projects acoss Kent. You will take overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety across your projects, leading the site management team and maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects
• Leading the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers
• Maintaining and developing strong client and consultant relationships
• Chairing progress meetings and reporting to the board on project performance
• Managing sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme
• Commercial awareness – supporting the QS team with variations, valuations and cost control
• Ensuring all health, safety and quality requirements are met across the project
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months

REQUIREMENTS

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS or equivalent
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork / RC frame projects
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
• Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience managing projects £5m+
