Job summary

Coinford Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day management of groundwork and RC frame projects around Kent. You will lead the site team, drive programme delivery and uphold safety and quality on site. This role is based in the Kent area with ongoing work and weekly pay.

Opportunities to progress to more skilled roles and access to site-specific training are available. Ideal candidates will have CITB SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven experience managing multiple

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Proven site management experience on groundwork and / RC frame projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
• Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
• Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
• Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
• Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months
