Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd in Kent is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects. You will lead the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires proven site management experience on groundwork and RC frame schemes, strong leadership and communication skills, and the right to work in the UK. Weekly pay and ongoing opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid at Work certification required.
• Proven site management experience on groundwork and RC frame projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour.
• Ensuring risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out.
• Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets.
• Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site.
• Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times.
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements.
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports.
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months.
