Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of groundwork and RC frame projects across South East London. You will manage the programme, cost, quality and safety, lead the site management team and maintain strong client relationships.

The role offers ongoing work on substantial projects with opportunities for progression and site training. You will bring proven PM or Senior Site Manager experience, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a strong track record on

Qualifications

• SMSTS and First Aid certifications required.
• Proven PM or Senior Site Manager on groundwork/RC frame projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Leading the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers.
• Maintaining and developing strong client and consultant relationships.
• Chairing progress meetings and reporting to the board on project performance.
• Managing sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme.
• Commercial awareness – supporting the QS team with variations, valuations and cost control.
• Ensuring all health, safety and quality requirements are met across the project.
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months.

ROLE OVERVIEW

REQUIREMENTS

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS or equivalent
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork / RC frame projects
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
• Right to work in the UK

DESIRABLE

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience managing projects £5m+
