Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee groundwork and RC frame projects across West Sussex. You will be responsible for programme, cost, quality and safety, leading the site team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key duties include chairing progress meetings, managing subcontractors and site resources to programme, and supporting cost control with the QS team. A strong leadership and organisational skill set is essential, with relevant UK work

Qualifications

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work Certification.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork / RC frame projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for safe, on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects.
• Leading the site management team including engineers, foremen and site managers.
• Maintaining and developing strong client and consultant relationships.
• Chairing progress meetings and reporting to the board on project performance.
• Managing sub-contractors, labour and plant resources to programme.
• Commercial awareness – supporting the QS team with variations, valuations and cost control.
• Ensuring all health, safety and quality requirements are met across the project.
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months.

DESIRABLE

• Experience managing projects £5m+
