Job summary

Ganymede is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a £2.5m industrial unit fit-out in Rotherham on an 18-week contract. You will oversee up to 15 skilled operatives, coordinating clients, contractors and project stakeholders to keep the programme on time and within safety standards.

The role requires a proven PM background in industrial fit-out, experience with racking systems and mezzanines, and qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and NEBOSH.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.

• Managing and supervising day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinating labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Chairing site meetings with contractors and the client.
• Maintaining and reporting on high standards of health, safety, quality and compliance.
• Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions and site inspections.
• Liaising with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate project records and reports.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial fit out projects? This is an opportunity to take control of a £2.5m industrial unit project in Rotherham, involving the installation of racking systems, mezzanine floors and a new office.

My client is looking to appoint a Project Manager for a 18 week contract, managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and overseeing up to 15 skilled trade operatives at any one time. You will work closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered safely, efficiently and on target.
