Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major new build multi-room development in Stockport, from ground works to handover. You will take full operational responsibility on site, ensuring health, safety and quality standards are met.

You will manage the construction programme, coordinate subcontractors, and drive progress to meet critical deadlines, while liaising with commercial, design and client teams to secure a smooth and profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as No.1 Project Manager delivering large-scale, new build schemes for a main contractor.
• Experience managing projects from groundworks through to fit-out and completion.
• Strong leadership to manage large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black card preferred), and First Aid certifications.

GBP400 : GBP450/day

Managing the construction program, coordinating subcontractors, and driving site progress to meet critical deadlines.

Liaising closely with commercial, design, and client teams to ensure a smooth and profitable project delivery.

The Requirements

• Proven track record as a No.1 Project Manager delivering large-scale, new build multi-room schemes for a main contractor.
• Solid experience managing projects from initial groundworks through to fit-out and completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black card preferred), and First Aid certifications.
