Project Manager / Senior Site Manager - Industrial Construction

Oxfordshire | £5m Project | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a £5m construction project in Oxfordshire.

The position is with an established main contractor with significant experience delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse and commercial developments across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having genuine ownership of their project and wants to work for a contractor with a strong pipeline of similar work.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, coordinating subcontractors, programme, quality and health & safety while working closely with the company's Commercial, Design and Contracts teams.

You’ll be expected to understand the complete build sequence and proactively drive the project rather than simply react to issues as they arise.

Your Background

Previous experience delivering industrial or logistics construction projects would be ideal.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates with experience of steel-framed developments incorporating groundworks, concrete slabs, cladding, M&E, office accommodation and external works.
