Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead warehouse and logistics automation projects in Lichfield. You will manage projects end-to-end from order through site completion, coordinating clients, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires proven project management experience, an engineering background (minimum HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) and familiarity with warehouse automation.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience.
• Engineering background with minimum HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience within warehouse automation, material handling or automated systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
• AutoCAD experience.
• SAP knowledge would be beneficial.

• Site Management: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials and deliveries.
• Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for customers and manage contractual requirements.

• Handover: Manage project documentation and formal handover through to completion.

Project Manager | Warehouse & Logistics Automation

Location: Lichfield
Duration: 12-month contract
Rates: £650/day Umbrella or £500/day + £60 holiday pay PAYE

I’m recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to work on major warehouse and logistics automation projects.

You’ll manage projects from order through to site completion, handover and warranty. The role will involve working closely with clients, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
