Our client, a reputable contractor with an annual turnover of c£70m, specialises in delivering high-quality projects across the leisure, industrial, commercial, and education sectors.

They are preparing to commence a significant new build project and are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to oversee this high-end development.

The role involves managing a comprehensive scheme that includes substantial enabling works, requiring a strong understanding of both construction and civils elements.
