Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple retail and leisure fit-out projects across the UK, delivering on time, within budget and to client expectations.

You will manage schemes from inception to handover, handle client relations, programme management and on-site coordination, with autonomy to lead multiple live sites for national brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Retail and Leisure project background required.
• Experience with a principal contractor, not joinery/office fit-out only.
• Construction background preferred, site-based progression welcomed.
• Strong client-facing and commercial mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; MS Project experience advantageous.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery, ensuring programmes, quality and budgets are met.

• Attend the office weekly while remaining flexible on project locations.

Project Manager | Retail & Leisure Fit-Out | £55K-£60K + £600pm Car Allowance + EV

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple fast-paced projects across the Retail & Leisure sector, working with household names including TK Maxx, Cineworld, VUE, Co-op, Costa, Starbucks, and high-end boutique retailers. You'll manage projects from inception through to completion, taking ownership of delivery, client relationships, programme management, and commercial awareness across a variety of live sites.

The Role

• Manage multiple retail and leisure fit-out/refurbishment projects simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Essential background in Retail and Leisure projects.
• Experience working for a principal contractor, not a joinery subcontractor or office fit-out-only contractor.
• Practical construction background preferred, ideally having progressed from a trade or site-based role.
• Strong client-facing skills with a commercially minded approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project would be advantageous.
• Must live within approximately 90 minutes of the office.

The Package

• £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary
• £600 per month car allowance
