Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager for retail fit out and refurbishment projects, based in Canterbury and delivering across London, Kent and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience in retail fit out, strong leadership and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Manager within the retail fit out and refurbishment sector (essential).
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Computer literate - the role will be using a variety of systems and automations.
• Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Managing multiple retail fit out and refurbishment projects simultaneously.
• Overseeing programmes, budgets, and project delivery.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established retail fit out and refurbishment contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager, based out of Canterbury and delivering projects across London, Kent, and surrounding areas.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple retail fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
