Energy Jobline ZR in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail fit-out projects across Edinburgh and the surrounding area. You will oversee full project lifecycle from pre-start to handover and act as the main client contact.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in retail fit-out or commercial interiors. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Proven project management experience within retail fit-out, shopfitting or commercial interiors.
• Strong track record delivering live-environment and new-build store projects.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing project budgets.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential).

• Full project lifecycle management of retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes, from pre-start through to handover.
• Managing programme, budget, quality and health and safety across multiple live projects.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain to deliver on time and within budget.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and producing reports.
• Overseeing variations, cost control and financial reporting alongside the commercial team.
• Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations and company H&S procedures.

The Candidate
