Job description
Project Manager – Construction (Water Sector)
South or North London

An established civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead upcoming water sector projects valued up to £20m, with works commencing in early January.

This role will suit someone with strong experience in FRC, water treatment works, and complex civil engineering delivery, ideally gained within a Tier 2 contractor environment.

About the Role:

You will take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of your project. This includes leading multidisciplinary teams, driving programme and commercial performance, working closely with clients and consultants, and ensuring all works meet the required technical and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in FRC and water treatment infrastructure
  • Confident managing teams, subcontractors and engineering functions
  • Good commercial and contractual understanding
  • Ideally professionally qualified (ICE, CIOB etc.), though strong experience is equally valued
  • Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills
  • CSCS
