Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Basildon is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to steer the Test Engineering team across three business areas. You will drive strategy, coordinate a multi-disciplinary group, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of test capability enhancements aligned to product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering aspects of test projects within Land CEMA, Mission Systems and Sensors.
• Define and manage objectives, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead and Chief Engineers on technical solutions.
